Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes and using only the first flower of the pressing, a big part of the “basic” wine is aged in wood and it evolves for at least 44 months in contact with the yeast. The color is bright yellow with golden shades. The nose first reveals the evolution notes (yeast), which give the sensation of fruits (citrus, orange and grapefruit in particular) and of flowers with a delicate intense touchof vanilla. The taste is dry, as required by the type of wine, well-structured and persistent.
