Refining: 10 months in old barriques where the wine remains with its sediment in contact until bottled

Organoleptic proprieties: straw yellow, notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit and passion fruit, tomato leaves, intense with varietal notes, full bodied and good structure.

Pairings: Al fish dishes, also light game dishes like pheasants
