Grape variety: 60% chardonnay, 40% sauvignon

Production area: Dogliani

Refining:   in 2,25hl French barrique on fine thin lees with weekly batonage for 9 months

Organoleptic proprieties: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, the scent of fresh yellow fruit pulp, citrus (lime), white flowers, mineral notes, herbs such as sage, marjoram and thyme.

Pairings: goes well with smoked salmon and butter and other seafood entrees

Serving temperature: 8-10°C
