Grape variety: 100% nebbiolo

Production area: Monforte d’Alba borgata San Giuseppe, cru “Le Coste”

Refining:  24 months in 25hl oak casks

Organoleptic proprieties: Cherry, anise, dried rose petals, tobacco and menthol aromas and flavors, fresh and well-balanced.  

Pairings: stew duck with sweet and sour onions

Serving temperature: 18°C
