Refining: 12 months in 25hl oak casks

Organoleptic proprieties: Intense deep ruby red color. The Siri d’Jermu has hints of small red fruit, good acidity and is well balanced with silk tannins.

Pairings: appetizers, pasta, red meat, cheese.
